John P. Greerty is a 15-year member of the California and Florida State Bar, having graduated in 2008 from Ave Maria School of Law in the top 25% of his class. John is an attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for the future with confidence. With a focus on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and elder law, John provides practical, personalized guidance to protect clients’ assets and honor their wishes. He is known for his compassionate approach and attention to detail. John works closely with clients to create comprehensive plans tailored to their unique goals and life circumstances. John is fluent in Spanish and Arabic. He likes coaching baseball, hiking, handyman projects, watching football, and spending time with his family.

Thomas Greerty is a seasoned attorney and longtime member of the California State Bar, with more than 40 years of experience practicing civil law. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has successfully handled high-profile trials and built a reputation for both legal skill and integrity. His practice spans a wide range of areas, including estate planning, conservatorships, guardianships, civil litigation, employment claims, and Section 1983 civil rights cases.
Known for his ability to connect with clients on a personal level, Mr. Greerty is valued for his practical, solution-oriented approach to complex legal challenges. Outside the courtroom, he is a former standout football player at Oregon State University and a proud inductee of the Diablo Valley College Football Hall of Fame.
